To determine whether two individuals share both biological parents. Two alleged full siblings are included in the base price, but Additional Persons can be added to extend the scope of the test. Any biological parent included in the testing is optional, but is strongly recommended, and is tested free-of-charge.

This test can be enhanced with a number of additional options:

Mitochondrial DNA Test: Mitochondrial DNA is passed down from mother to daughter only, so these tests are specifically used to determine whether two females are related through their maternal line. This test can therefore be used to determine if two females share a biological mother or grandmother, or are in a mother-daughter relationship. This test will not provide any information regarding biological relationships through a paternal line, however may provide increased accuracy over a regular ("autosomal") DNA test if the maternal line specifically is of interest.
